### 1. 接受条款
下载、安装或使用「我的衣柜 / MyCloset」（含 iOS App 与网页试衣间）即表示你同意本使用条款与《可接受使用政策》。
### 2. 服务说明
本产品提供 AI 穿搭推荐、**虚拟试穿**出图、单品图精修、专属模特等功能。AI 生成结果具有不确定性，仅供参考，不构成任何专业建议。
本产品是独立开发的时尚工具，基于第三方 AI 模型提供能力，**并非**这些模型提供方的官方产品，也未获得其背书。虚拟试穿用于预览衣服穿在你本人身上的效果，不是换脸或 deepfake 工具。
### 3. 购买、积分与解锁
- **App 内 Pro 解锁**：一次性买断（非订阅、不自动续费），永久解锁高级功能，并随赠一定积分；购买经由 Apple 处理。
- **网页端**：可购买积分包与 Pro 订阅（月/年，可随时取消）；支付由第三方支付服务商处理。
- **积分**：消耗型，用于按量的 AI 出图等动作；不同动作消耗不同积分；积分不可转让、不可兑现；App 与网页积分互通（同一账号）。
- **退款**：App 内购买适用 Apple 政策；网页购买适用对应支付服务商与本产品退款规则；消耗型积分一经使用不可退。
- 价格以各端结账页展示为准。
### 4. 用户行为规范
- 你只能上传你本人的照片，或你已获合法授权的照片；禁止上传他人肖像用于试穿或生成（除非已获授权）。
- 禁止生成或请求色情、裸露、性暗示、NSFW、仇恨、暴力、违法或侵权内容。详见《可接受使用政策》。
- 不得滥用、逆向、攻击或干扰服务。你对所上传内容拥有合法权利。
### 5. 知识产权与内容授权
- 你保留你上传内容的权利；为提供服务，你授予我们处理这些内容（含发送至第三方 AI 模型）的必要许可。
- 所有对外 AI 生成图会带「我的衣柜」品牌标与「AI 生成」标识。
### 6. 免责声明
服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对适销性、特定用途适用性作担保，不对因使用本应用产生的间接损失负责。
### 7. 终止
你违反本条款或《可接受使用政策》时，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。
### 8. 变更
我们可更新本条款，更新后继续使用即视为接受。

By using MyCloset / "My Wardrobe" (the iOS app and web studio) you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. The product provides AI styling recommendations, **virtual try-on**, item restyle and a persona model; AI outputs are probabilistic and for reference only. MyCloset is an independent product built on third-party AI models and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those model providers. Virtual try-on is for previewing garments on you — it is not a face-swap or deepfake tool. **In-app Pro Unlock** is a one-time, non-subscription purchase processed by Apple. **On the web**, you may buy credit packs and cancelable Pro subscriptions processed by our payment provider. **Credits** are consumable, spent per AI action, non-transferable, and shared across app and web for the same account. Upload only your own photos (or photos you are authorized to use). NSFW, sexual, hateful, violent, illegal, or infringing content is prohibited — see the Acceptable Use Policy. You grant us the license needed to process your content (including sending it to third-party AI models). Externally shared AI images carry a brand label and an "AI-generated" mark.
